How Our Referral Service Works
Plain answers on who does what.
This site is a referral service. We are not a contractor. We do not do HVAC work, quote jobs or pull permits.
When you call or send the form, we pass your request to an independent HVAC contractor. That contractor must hold a Florida license to do the work.
Contractors may pay us for referrals. That does not change what you pay them. We do not handle insurance claims or refer insurance-paid work.

- The contractor calls you and quotes.
- You decide. The contract is between you and them.
Questions people ask
Do you guarantee the work?
No. The contractor is responsible for their work and warranty.
Can I ask for the license number?
Yes. Every Florida contractor must put it on their quotes and ads. Check it at myfloridalicense.com.
Do you help with insurance claims?
No. Talk to your insurance company directly.
